The phone rings at the worst possible moment
Restaurants miss calls at the busiest hour, when everyone on the floor is serving. A missed call can mean a missed table.
AIRest takes those calls with the same care a good host would: it answers from what the restaurant has approved, it checks the book before promising a table, and it repeats the booking back before writing it down. Staff can read every call afterwards.
