Privacy
Plain words on what we collect, why, and how to reach us. Last updated October 15, 2026.
This policy covers www.airest.store and the public AIRest demo at airest.mmix.biz. AIRest is a product of INNOVA CONSULT LTD., a Canadian federal corporation (1522612-1), 2164 Montreal Road, Unit 5, Ottawa, ON K1J 1G4. Questions go to maksym@airest.store.
This website
- The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts and images are served from this site.
- Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, time and page requested) for security and operation.
- The pilot form on this site stores nothing. It opens an email in your own mail app; we receive only what you choose to send.
The live demo
- What you say or type on the demo is sent to a third-party language-model provider to produce Juno's replies. The provider may process it outside Canada.
- The demo page saves the host you pick in your browser's local storage. The admin keeps a sign-in session while you are logged in.
- Voice input uses your browser's speech recognition. In Chrome and Edge the browser vendor may process that audio under its own terms.
- Calls, transcripts and bookings are stored in the demo database so the demo and its admin can show them. Bookings and call records are cleared regularly.
- Please use made-up names and numbers. Bella Vista is fictional, and nothing is texted or dialled from the demo.
Emails you send us
We use what you write to reply, to discuss a pilot, and to keep a record of the conversation. We do not sell it or share it for marketing. We keep pilot and reviewer correspondence for as long as the conversation is active and up to two years after, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
Pilot restaurants
A restaurant running a pilot agrees in writing how its call data is handled, including what is stored, for how long and who can see it.
Your choices
Write to maksym@airest.store to ask what we hold about you, to correct it or to have it deleted. We reply within 30 days.
