These terms cover www.airest.store and the public AIRest demo at airest.mmix.biz, operated by INNOVA CONSULT LTD., a Canadian federal corporation (1522612-1), 2164 Montreal Road, Unit 5, Ottawa, ON K1J 1G4. By using them you agree to these terms.
The website
The site describes AIRest and what it does today. Items marked as planned are future work and may change. The AIRest name, the site text and the host characters are used by INNOVA CONSULT LTD. for AIRest; please do not reuse them without permission. Fonts are used under their open licences.
The live demo
- The demo is for trying the product. Bella Vista is a fictional restaurant; a booking made in the demo reserves nothing anywhere.
- The demo is provided as is. It shares a model quota with other visitors and may be slow, unavailable or reset at any time.
- Please keep the demo usable for others: no automated traffic, abuse, or attempts to break or overload it.
- Use made-up names and numbers. See the privacy page for what the demo stores.
- The read-only admin login is shared publicly so reviewers can see the staff side. It can view the demo restaurant and change nothing.
Pilots
A restaurant pilot runs under a separate written agreement that sets its scope, terms and data handling. Nothing on this website is an offer or a contract for a pilot.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, INNOVA CONSULT LTD. is not liable for losses arising from use of this website or the demo.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
